SHARON BESWICK

CEO •

Sharon Beswick is a London‑born vocalist, creative director, and CEO whose multifaceted career spans music, global touring, media production, beauty, and fashion. Known for her smooth, modern soulful tone with a fresh jazz influence, Sharon has contributed to some of the UK’s most iconic musical moments while building a respected international profile across several creative industries.

Early Beginnings in London’s Live Scene

Sharon’s musical journey began in 1990, performing at open‑mic nights across London — including the legendary Xenon in the West End and Pamela in Dalston, East London. These venues were celebrated hubs of emerging talent and creative expression, helping shape her stage presence, vocal confidence, and artistic identity during her earliest years in the London live music circuit.

Gospel Foundations & Landmark Live Recordings

Sharon’s early development was rooted in the UK gospel community, performing with two of Britain’s most respected gospel ensembles:

  • London Community Gospel Choir (LCGC)
  • The London Fellowship Choir (LFC)

With LFC, Sharon performed at the pre‑launch of the MOBO Awards in the early 1990s — a pivotal moment in the rise of Black British music. She also took part in the live London recording with the late Rev Timothy Wright, contributing to a project widely recognised within the gospel community for its international influence. Additionally, she recorded live in London with Donnie McClurkin, in a performance associated with the globally beloved hit “We Fall Down.”

These foundational experiences shaped her vocal identity and introduced her to the discipline and excellence of large‑scale gospel production.

Studio Success & Iconic Pop Collaborations

Sharon’s unmistakable sound features on several landmark UK pop recordings, including:

  • The Spice Girls’ debut album
  • Take That’s first album
  • Two internationally released albums with Japan’s acclaimed band DREAMS COME TRUE

In addition, Sharon recorded vocals at the world‑famous Abbey Road Studios for Sony, adding one of the most prestigious studios in music history to her list of professional achievements.

Her vocals have supported a distinguished list of international artists including
George Michael, Chaka Khan, Michael Bolton, Donnie McClurkin, The Winans, The Clark Sisters, Jennifer Holliday, Cheryl Porter, Michelle Gayle,  and more.

A Multidisciplinary Creative
Sharon further demonstrated her versatility by touring as a backing dancer for the acclaimed UK gospel group Nu Colours, and by dancing in a music video for British hip‑hop pioneer Monie Love. Her dynamic skill set highlights a lifelong dedication to performance and creativity.

Born into a distinguished ministry family, Sharon is the daughter of Dr. Bishop E. C. Beswick MBE and the late Pastor H. G. Beswick, whose contributions to the gospel and wider Christian community are highly recognised and deeply respected. Raised in this celebrated legacy, Sharon grew up surrounded by music and ministry. Her two brothers—Mark Beswick and James B. Coleman—both prominent figures in the music industry, helped pave the way and further shaped the family’s artistic heritage. Sharon’s earliest musical experiences were rooted in the church, performing alongside her siblings and developing the soulful foundation that continues to define her artistry today.
